According to a recent article, The Millennial generation will make up nearly 40% of the workforce by the year 2025. ( The Millennial generation represents most of today’s new and young parents. More than half of the Millennial generation say that parenthood is one of the most important things in life.

The majority (4 in 5) of the Millennial generation believe that corporations should create economic value by addressing society’s needs, and also believe their employer should conduct business with socially-responsible companies.   2. Creation of a library free resources that DSO distributes to organizations, which organizations give to fathers and families to educate them about the important role fathers play in children’s lives and that help fathers to be more involved, responsible, committed.
