Align Your Brand With Tomorrow’s Workforce & Today’s Consumer
Today’s employer must pay attention to “who” is in their workforce, what they consider valuable, and make that all available in a flexible manner. According to a recent article, The Millennial generation will make up nearly 40% of the workforce by the year 2025. (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/millennials-75-workforce-2025-ever-anita-lettink). The Millennial generation represents most of today’s new and young parents. More than half of the Millennial generation say that parenthood is one of the most important things in life.
The majority (4 in 5) of the Millennial generation believe that corporations should create economic value by addressing society’s needs, and also believe their employer should conduct business with socially-responsible companies. Helping fathers is helping families and communities. When you help fathers be the best dads they can be, you show a large segment of your workforce what they believe matters.
